At St. Lisse, we offer a mix of digital products and physical merchandise (apparel and notebooks). Below, you'll find details on how we handle shipping for each type of product.
Digital Products (Instant Download)
- All digital templates and designs are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
- You will receive a download link at checkout and in your email confirmation.
- No physical product will be shipped.
If you don’t receive your download within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@stlisse.com or in the chat box for assistance.
Shipping for Physical Products (Apparel & Notebooks)
We currently ship within United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. For other countries please email hello@stlisse.com or in the chat box. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Processing Times:
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- U.S. Orders: 2-3 business days
- International Orders: 5-8 business days
(Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.)
Shipping Rates:
- Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $150 on apparel (shirts and sweaters).
Order Issues & Returns
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stlisse.com.
- Digital products are refundable if they did not meet your expectations.
- For physical items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30Â days of delivery if they are unworn and in original condition.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

30-Day Returns
1. There is a no-questions-asked 30 day return policy on shirts and sweaters.
2. If you're unhappy with your items (shirts and sweaters), for any reason at all, simply initiate a return here by emailing hello@stlisse.com with the following details below:
- Order number
- Reason for return
3. If you are are wanting to know about the progress of a return, please check your inbox and spam folders first for any emails from St. Lisse Store.Â
4. If the return is about a faulty item, YOU MUST ATTACH A PHOTO/VIDEO so I can assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. I will cover the cost of Change of Mind return shipping.
